Good Till Imputing State

I like how TurboTax guides you through the whole process with ease and gives good examples to questions you may have. However, I am a resident of a different state than my spouse, and I wanted to file married filed seperately using the web version of TurboTax. It would not give me the option to file seperately for state returns. I had to download and install the software to my computer, and start new tax returns as Married Filing Seperately just so it would be carried over to the State portion to file state as married filed seperately. I found this very frustrating.
What's great about it: I like how it easily guides you through the process
What's not so great: Won't allow different filing options for State
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This is the fifth year for Turbo Tax and me and it is still great. I doubt I will use anything else.

Disappointed in Deluxe version reduction of available forms. I didn't need them this year but still paying the same for less is very irritating. The product price should have decreased accordingly.

Always satisfied!!

I have used TurboTax for 5 years straight and have always been satisfied with the results. Tax accountants have cost me hundreds of dollars every year to prepare my returns in the past, but TurboTax does the same (if not better) job for much less. Just gather all your tax documents, plug in the numbers, answer simple questions pertaining to your current tax situation, and you're off and running into the wonderful world of self tax preparation!
What's great about it: Simple questions to prepare any return
What's not so great: Some help topics hard to understand

Highly recommend this tax software. I've been using it for over ten years and would recommend it to anyone. Removes all guesswork with informational panels and tax experts available.
What's great about it: User friendly software, covers all bases.
What's not so great: Our complex tax code requires more time each year.
