Great Refund

It seemed to go more smoothly than last year.
What's great about it: Easy to understand instructions
What's not so great: No audio
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still most trusted way to file taxes

There has been a lot of media alerts about problems with using Turbo Tax filing system. After researching problems, reading all my emails from Turbo Tax, I chose to still file with them. This is my third year using this system and trust it (or that they will fix what isn't right if there's a problem with my return) completely.
What's great about it: I enter the correct information, you do the work. Even with all the problems inthe media, I still chose Turbo Tax.
What's not so great: Wish I didn't have to pay to e-file state, but did.

Easy, Fast

Easy to use, don't need to be a CPA to complete your own tax forms. Just answer questions, just like the marketing materials and commercials tell you. Used Turbo Tax the first time about seven years ago on the recommendation of a CPA friend. I've used it every year since then and don't see any reason to use anything else!
What's great about it: Direct, to the point questions. Easy to complete forms/questionnaires. Only see the forms you need for your return.
What's not so great: Nothing really.

Have been using Turbo Tax for years

Will continue to file with turbo tax, but you guys need to keep up with the seniors and the tax laws that affect them.
What's great about it: Great program steps me thru the Tax jungle
What's not so great: Just found out my 81 year old mom no longer has to file it would have been nice if turbo tax let me know that

Best Tax Return Method

So great that I got my best friend to use it.
What's great about it: Ease of simplicity for do-it-yourself tax filing
What's not so great: Could've been more inquistive about healthcare
