great CSS (customer service skills) Give that girl (Melody) a raise. I've been trying to submit my taxes since 2-8-15 with no luck. Again Thank you verry much!

For a single, student like me Turbo Tax is so easy I don't know why everyone doesn't use it! It guides you through every possibility, explains things and even has links to outside sources when needed.

Easiest way to file

"Explain This" was sometimes lacking. Elaboration on these would be helpful to clarify. Example: for years I was deducting the purchase price of the just bought "Turbo Tax". But I should have been deducting the purchase price paid in the Tax year. It makes sense now, but in the fog of filling out the T.T. forms, I misinterpreted! There were some other similar instances like this that I struggled to interpret correctly.
What's great about it: Comparing last year during the process alerted me to a missed opportunity from last year. Will amend it!
What's not so great: "Explain This" was sometimes lacking. Elaboration on these would be helpful to clarify.

Returns Don't Get Any Easier!

I've been using TurboTax for over 10 years and wouldn't consider any other software for filing my taxes. The software asks me all the right questions and on many occasions has reminded me of deductions I've forgotten.
What's great about it: Asks me all the right questions
What's not so great: Price is higher than necessary
