Very easy to use.

Very easy to use I like the program that guides you through the return but I also like that you can check the return on the forms as you are doing your return.
What's great about it: Program guides you through the return.
What's not so great: Very easy, no con's.

2014 tax returns

Turbo tax is easy to use, I have been using it for many years now and have never been disappointed. I use to have my accountant figure out my taxes for many years. I would have to make an appointment, drive 40 miles to his business, wait in his lobby, and go through all the stuff I do comfortably at home with Turbo Tax. One year I carefully watched him enter my information in his computer and print my taxes. The next year I purchased Turbo Tax and compared his results to mine and they were exact to the penny at half the cost. So, goodbye accountant and Hello Turbo Tax. Never have looked back since.
What's great about it: easy
What's not so great: have to file taxes each year

From install to entering data, if you've used Turbo tax in previous years it doesn't get much easier. Great job to the folks that put this together every year!!

Good but could be better

Overall pretty good. Helps simplify an overly complicated process that Congress has made in its image. It does create unnecessary forms, in my case the K -1 which made extra unnecessary work, which no time saving product should ever do. It also will confuse the IRS, since the only reason it was called out was I had one in last year.
What's great about it: easy step by step process, reminders on savings
What's not so great: unable to accesss previous years information, filed unneccessay forms

Good overall, but not as good as in years past

Turbo Tax is still an excellent product, but not as good as in years past. Had some problems eFiling returns which seemed to be on TurboTaxes end Good customer service all issues were resolved Wishing they hadn't messed with a good thing to begin with If it aint broke, don't fix it!
What's great about it: Ease of use
What's not so great: Experienced some technical issues when it came to eFiling returns
