Complete and efficient

Needs to be a bit clearer about those of us with retired income statements, otherwise very well thought out.
What's great about it: Very good format
What's not so great: For retired income statements , it needs work
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Easy, Fast. and Accurate

I have used TurboTax since 2007 and have never had any problems completing my tax return. I usually finish my return in about 2 hours. I could never do this on my own. I have recommended TurboTax to all of my friends.
What's great about it: The guiding questions guide you every step of the way.
What's not so great: There is nothing I dislike about TurboTax

turbo tax is easy to use-they save your information from the previous year for comparison and take you step by step through the filing process. much cheaper than a tax service and even I can use it

Fastest i have ever filed my taxes

Maybe its me,(Probably not!) but I breezed through my taxes like never before and I've been using TurboTax for 10 years or more.
What's great about it: Just seemed to go faster this year than any year before
