Year 12 of Turbo Tax and Great Every Year

Been using Turbo Tax for 12 years and never had an issue! My first years were pretty complicated due to personal changes and variety of sources of income but being walked thru by Turbo Tax made sure I entered everything and then got back everything to which I was entitled. Including Earned Income Tax credit my first year which I did not know anything about but Turbo Tax did! Getting that credit made a very rough period much more manageable.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate; easy to edit; covers everything
What's not so great: Have to re-do some minor entries when updating a field

Fairly good system or progam

So frustrating in the beginning you want to throw it out the window and never use again, sign up and lost info a major pain. I have used it for the past 5 plus years, this was the hardest and nerve racking .....Just fix it or I am gone next year................................Others to I am sure........
What's great about it: suppose to save time but has speed bumps
What's not so great: Begining and introduction, sign-in a freakin nightmare !!!

Well worth the money, easy to use, I have been using since 2009 tax year and it only keeps getting easier and more user friendly!

it took over 48 hours to submit my returns and nearly 20 attempts. I have never had this issue before. I have been pleased with the service but if this happens again I will change services

I've always liked using Turbo Tax. I prefer to work on taxes privately at home. As I near retirement age available information will be a must for me to continue!
What's great about it: Most questions are answered well throughout the filing
What's not so great: Questions on retirement withdrawals were not answered suficiently

100% user friendly than competition

I correctly listed my unsecured debt but the review insisted there was an entry in secured debt. There was not and I was unable to correct this review error .
Everything else worked beautifully - done with taxes in record time.
What's great about it: Fantastic - very user friendly!! Loved the complete and easy transfer of info into State.
What's not so great: 1099-C review error?
