Installation needs more feedback

You need to add more feedback to the installation program. There were times, sometimes up to 30 seconds, when I wasn't sure that the installation was working as it should. Please add a progress bar and messages telling me what's going on so I can be confident that nothing got hung up during the installation.
Other than that I thought the program provided good information and the walk throughs were easy to follow.
What's great about it: Was quick and did a good job
What's not so great: There were times when I wasn't sure the installation was working

Couldn't Access State

Now I have to go back and do my state. Not sure how to access the forms if they won't download through the program.
What's great about it: Got my refund done quickly
What's not so great: Couldn't access state refund forms

Overall, I like Turbo Tax and have used it for several years, and will use again next year.
Just wish the cost of second state and the efile fees for states wasn't as high.
What's great about it: Easy to use, peace of mind filing
What's not so great: Cost of additional state and charge to efile states
