Excellent application. very intuitive .
Only challenge I saw was when saving a copy of my return I needed to name the file.
What's great about it: Menus and steps are very well explained with backup detail when needed. Seams to get easier each year I use Turbo Tax
What's not so great: Not many.

I have used Turbo Tax for years (decades). I have always been satisfied with their product. Turbo Tax is quick and easy to use. It is reliable. I have never been audited. Turbo Tax is reliable.
What's great about it: Quick, easy, reliable

I didn't think that the issue with the needed forms being omitted from the program but it turned out to be a huge inconvenience. I have been using TurboTax for several years now but this problem has made me think twice about purchasing this product next year.
What's great about it: It's a TurboTax Product
What's not so great: Delay with necessary forms was a huge inconvenience.

Freedom

I enjoy being able to conduct my tax preparation at home, at my pace. If I'm missing some information, I can take a day or two to track it down. It would be nice if there was more access to information, help files are limited.
What's great about it: Do your taxes at home

What's great about it: Did all my entries within an 8 hour period including e-filing
What's not so great: Too many questions at the end that don't apply to me but, have to read them all to make sure they don't

OK for basic tax situations

I have used Turbox Tax for 10+ years. My tax situation is simple for TT-Deluxe version covers it just fine. I would like to see the "supporting details" worksheets printed when I select the "all calculations worksheets" option for PDF printing. In particular, when I am entering medical deductions, there is a lot of details behind in the "supporting details", but they aren't printed, even though I have not selected the "don't print" button.
An startup annoyance is that I am nagged to enter COMPLETE "contact information", even though I have entered basic email contact info.
What's great about it: familiar to prior users
What's not so great: needs to save more of the detailed worksheets
