I love using your product as it always has up-to-date info and tax laws. The explanation pop up boxes are a huge benefit too.

Simplicity Made Easy

Overall, the program is easy to use and free of software bugs. The price is right. Especially when compared to the fees of the professional tax preparers. I would certainly recommend TurboTax to my friends and relatives.
What's great about it: Detailed step-by-step data entry, ITS Deductible.
What's not so great: The video Help clips from years ago are no longer part of the program.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Refund!

I use Turbo Tax every year and always get a refund. I have learned a lot and feel confident on the return being completed correctly. Turbo Tax covers all areas of my life and makes doing taxes comfortable and so easy!
What's great about it: Every area of the return was covered in great detail. If I was not sure what the question meant, there was help there.
What's not so great: The HSA questions were vague. I needed extra help there.

Payed Way Too Much

Will nor purchase next year. I will try cheaper other options.

was very user friendly. did encounter one problem at the filing process. it did not recognize that we had one free state and would not file because it wanted us to purchase another. I was able to get it resolved by the expert call in help, they were very helpful and quick.

What's not so great: had to use wife's Mac mine did not have soft ware to run program, worked fine last few years with no problem
