It was unclear which Turbo Tax product I needed. I bought Deluxe although I have not deductions, which should have seemed like the basic product should have met the need, but labeling didn't specify.
What's great about it: Tried and true
What's not so great: 1099-SA unclear

Always excellent software

Always easy to use software and done with a long form tax preparation in an hour and a half. That included breaks and lunch. Will continue to use in the future.
What's great about it: Ease of use with full explanations.
What's not so great: Price could always improve. Can find cheaper competitors.

N0t printing federal cover sheet

This version of the program did not bring the federal cover sheet showing the address of where to send the forms for mail in. Have never had this problem and have use this for years.

Turb Tax Deluxe Fed Efile and State

Why do you have to buy a new version each year rather than purchasing a much cheaper update to what you have already.
What's great about it: Pulls in last years information. Covers many aspects you may not think aboutt.
What's not so great: Price is rediculous. Intuit tells you about $$ off but stores do not offer it.

HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR SEVERAL YEARS, VERY HAPPY WITH THE IMPROVEMENTS YOU MAKE EACH YEAR.
What's great about it: LIKED THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS, DID NOT MISS ANYTHING

NYS Tax component needs improvement

The process never prompted for critical question and had a difficult time locating the questions that needed to be answered before the return could be submitted.
