What's great about it: Too many to name but one...stress free tax preparation!
What's not so great: No free representation (except for free consultation)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

I have used this product for years! It walks you through the process. Any questions you have you can click right on it. So simple and much cheaper than going to a tax preparer! Love it!
What's great about it: Used it for years always loved it! Very simple

Ridiculous Fees

We used the TurboTax Deluxe for Fed/State/Deductions and Homeowners. The system was very easy to use and quick. We love the fact that the system checked our information and recommended solutions. This saved us alot of funds since we did not have go to a tax preparation service or an accountant. Thank you for taking care of the working class! Thank you!
What's great about it: Easy to Use and Affordable
What's not so great: The fee for e-filing and bank deposit

REFUND ONTHE WAY

Turbo tax was quick and easy to use. I was walked through each step and could skip whatever did not apply to my situation. Showed comparisons for filing options and gave me the best one for my biggest refund.

easy to use

I used to do my taxes myself, and spend hours of frustration and stress doing so. Then I started having them done, but didn't really like spending hundreds of dollars for something I could probably do myself. Since I've switched to Turbo Tax, there's little stress of time, frustration, or money. The program is easy and comprehensive (and the only issue I've had is confusion over what to do about a TSA, which doesn't seem to be clearly explained anywhere). As long as you have your paperwork gathered, doing your returns with TurboTax will only take a couple of hours - and it will save and import your info from the previous year, which is a big help. Great product.
