This is my third year using Turbo tax and it gets better each year. Guides you through the return and if you used Turbo the previous year it shows you what you did last year so you could compare.
What's great about it: Easy to follow, shows previous year return to compare

Overall I thought it was very user friendly and easy to follow. Looking forward to using it again next year!
What's great about it: Very easy to follow with good information and helpful questions.
What's not so great: Had a hard time importing my info from H&R Block return.

OVERALL EXCELLENT PRODUCT

It would be nice to have the higher education section give an advance warning that "you've used all of your American Tax Credits" and you will lose this tax credit for undergraduate semesters beyond this year. IE, get ready to have more money withheld from your income.

Easy once again

I really like this product. It is easy to use, answers all my questions, informative, prompts me if I forget something and lets me know quickly how much or little we are getting back. I have been using if for quite a few years and will continue to do so.
