Hidden Charges?

I have been using Turbo Tax for at least 8 years and the state tax fee was always included and then i had to pay another 34.99 & 42.75 for credit card use?

No refunds

I think Turbo Tax has improved every year. The questions are easier to answer, and with less researching or guessing. Keep up the good work. However, I rarely get a refund.
What's great about it: Actually, turbo tax has worked very well for me for ten years.
What's not so great: I always have to follow up on the RMDs. Could that be included on the 1099?

Easy to use

I have been using turbo tax for over 15 years. This years tax return was easier than ever to prepare. The upgrades that were made were excellent. I will definitely use the program again next year.
What's great about it: Gets my info from my last years tax return. Save time and typing.

Anyone should be able to use Turbo Tax software and finish their taxes in a few hours as long as they have already collected all their personal tax documents and deduction related items.
What's great about it: easy self-guided topics and thorough
What's not so great: charge for state return should be removed

What to improve

I like the user friendly aspect of the computer program, however, I complete the tax returns for my wife and child as well, and having to pay for additional forms to complete them is not acceptable. I feel I should be able to complete the returns for my immediate family not just mine, especially since I pay such a premium for the program. This is the only criticism I have.

TurboTax makes doing my taxes very easy. Now, if I could only get TurboTax to help me be more diligent about keeping my records in better order throughout the year, tax time would be even less cumbersome.
What's great about it: As usual, TurboTax made it easy
