this year if you signed off it did not take you directly back to where you left off. There fore i missed several areas. not good
What's not so great: This years turbo tax program was not as user friendly as the past software.

Overall I like Turbo Tax but I will try another service next year to save on the processing fees.
What's not so great: Refund fee at the very end is revealed.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I tried a different product some time back....I came back and staying with TurboTax. It is the best and easy to use. I won't use any other product again. Thank you. You made this a nice experience.
What's great about it: Transfering my info was super helpful.
What's not so great: Can't think of one.

GREAT, EASY TO USE PROGRAM

I am so numerically challenged, and all of the forms make me slightly frantic! Turbo-Tax makes it a simple process with relatively no pain! Great! Great! Great!
What's great about it: SOOO EASY FOR EVEN MATHEMATICALLY CHALLENGED ME!
What's not so great: NONE
