Good prompts. Easy to navigate. Will never file manual return again. Use Turbo Tax every year for past dozen years or so.

I enjoy doing my taxes Turbo Tax allows me to continue to do so with confidence even under complex circumstances.
What's great about it: Easy to use. Provide confidence that my returns are done correctly
What's not so great: Have not experienced any to date
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
