TurboTax continues to be a solid, easy to use and complete tax package.
I recommend it to others often and every year when I use it I am confident in my filing and continued recommendation!

Not impressed w/ changes

I spent so much time trying to print a copy and save an electronic copy. Ive used Turbo tax for 5 years now and this year by far was the least user friendly version you've provided. I cant say I will use your service again next year. Too frustrating, too much of my time wasted going in circles.
What's not so great: additional fees and inability to save an e copy

Simple, but a few gliches

Both problems revolve around "Its Deductible":
1. When listing deductions you have to reenter donation date for each item. Should be set up to hold donation date and allow user to change date as needed. System should continue to follow last entered date until changed by user.
2. Have not been able to "transfer year to year" under Its Deductible. Have never found a way to correct/verify email address of user. This should be added to allow for transfer of data and keeping Its Deductible account up to date.

I faithful user

My wife has pension income from the UK government and there is no ability to provide a 4852 form. I end up having to go to the IRS, download one and complete it. So I can't use electronic filing. That said, Turbo Tax is better than any other product I've used.
What's great about it: Worked as always
What's not so great: Had to go into some of the forms to adjust numbers

Quick and Easy! Love it.

TurboTax is great! I love how easy it is for me to file each year. Always walks me through the steps and also nice when it says 'not common deductions' so I know I don't need to bother going through that section. I almost look forward to doing my taxes each year...almost. :)
What's great about it: Step by step and double checks my answers
What's not so great: None

I've done Turbo Tax on my own for a few years. I have no idea about most of this tax stuff, but Turbo Tax makes it really easy to follow and figure things out. I love the step-by-step instructions.
