Taxing with Turbo

Turbo tax has to be one of the easiest tax software to use on the market and if you know what you are doing, all you have to do is to update your information and you are done. I would like if they could just add updates to precious year software
What's great about it: Ease of use, Update data quckly
What's not so great: You can't just update the perious year software

I use Turbo Tax every year because it is quick and easy. If you want to spend as little time as possible doing yearly taxes you cannot beat Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: easy to follow with good coverage on all topics

For items that I had to return to for various reasons was incredibly hard to find. Even using FIND, I was unable to get to the logging page vs information about the form. This added hours to my prepping. BUT, the program has been improved from last year, overall, Just wish it was totally ready in January instead of the updates that were required.

easy peasy lemon squeazy

The ease of use is certainly something any consumer is grateful for. Perhaps at the time I was trying to complete this process, your online answers were down, but getting some information, some choices of what to be able to click on seemed limited, so I felt I was sometimes making my best guess. My return is not terribly complicated so I think this worked out.
For future products, could you include a list of suggestions for improvement for the next year's federal, state and local tax bottom line? For instance, within the next few months...raise/lower the amount of dollars you are putting "here" or avoid "this" or "that" ....thank you. I do appreciate your product!

What's great about it: simplified format, walks you from dot A to dot B, etc,
What's not so great: hard to find answers to questions outside of the easy format, between the dots

Paying in Nevada

I need only the Turbo Tax Basic, but often can find only the Deluxe. Nevada does not have a state income tax, so I don't need any bells and whistles beyond the federal return. I have always liked Turba Tax and have used it ever since it came on 3.5 inch floppy disks. I like the peace of mind that I have after using it and e-filing.
What's great about it: Complete confidence in the return
What's not so great: Too many versions
