TurboTax is the Best

Turbo Tax is excellent. Very easy to set-up. Turbo Tax walks you step by step through the maze that is our tax codes and helps you feel confident you have covered every possible area to pay only what you are required.
What's great about it: Easy to use, maximum returns.

2014 taxes

I have used Turbo Tax for about 15 years and it has worked through complex returns and more simple returns. Overall it is a good product. I don't like to have to go through items where I dont have any input and when transferring to the state I am not sure if I have a need to do something.
What's great about it: Covers everything in a logical fashion
What's not so great: Makes you go through items you dont need to and need more guidance with state

did not expect to be charged more for getting a refund and having it direct deposited. These fees should be included in the price of the software
What's great about it: Soft ware easy to use
What's not so great: all fees should be included with the price of item
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

So easy!!

They weakened the Deluxe version from what it had been previously, but go so many complaints that they re-instated the missing features. I have used TurboTax for years for both my wife and I, and for each of my kids (who are no longer dependents) I love the simplicity and accuracy!!! You have a fabulous product here, Intuit...Don't ever remove features again, but only add improvements! I would still be using Quicken, except for that you seriously hobbled the Mac version.
What's great about it: Discounted price, if you wait

Great Product for a great price

Was a little worried about the mix up of this years options with the different levels of software since I had bought the Deluxe version for several years now with no problems.
Turbo tax was prompt with notification of the missing options in my Deluxe version and quick to make amends.
I will be another Turbo Tax customer next year.

What's great about it: Ease of use, Online help was a big help
What's not so great: Having to chase numbers from last years taxes. Next time Ill use the same computer

Easier Every Year

I have been doing my taxes with TurboTax for at least 10 years, and the program has gotten easier every year. All questions are answered instantly in a pop-up screen, and the user's only job is to gather up the relevant information, and fill in the blanks. It took me less than an hour to complete and file my federal and state returns.
What's great about it: TurboTax conducts an interview in the same manner as a tax professional.
What's not so great: None; the process was clear and easy
