Great Product

I have used TurboTax for quite a few years and haven't had any problems. Always helped with any and all errors that may have popped up. Keep up the good work with this product.
What's great about it: Every thing seamed easy.

Nice software

Overall, Turbo Tax makes tax time easy.
What's great about it: Easy to use, easy to understand, well guided experience
What's not so great: would be nice to have a "save" feature to reassure that what is entered is saved.

Property Tax part won't let me move forward

Almost all was great...but 3 stars due to the Property Tax portion which was super annoying. I remember last year it let me say I was going to do it later (since as it points out directly in the software onscreen, most property tax statements won't be mailed until sometime in March at the earliest!)...
This year it was already checked, and told me to uncheck it if I wanted to come back later to that portion--however, it would not let me uncheck it. ANNOYED...so I guess I let this just hang out until I get that statement before I can finish my state taxes, unless I want to go through and not put anything down and have to go back and AMEND my state return??? This is super frustrating and I don't understand why it handled it this way.
What's great about it: Easy for Federal and State
What's not so great: It would NOT let me uncheck property taxes to do later

Walked me through

Overall good. I am using a passport for mac to save my returns. Program would not load last year's info that was on my passport.
Had to put W-2 info in twice. At the end when correcting errors, program stated company & address on a W-2 was not there. I had a couple of W-2's and did not know which one was lacking the info & still don't know if I completed the one that was supposedly not there.
What's great about it: Most of it pretty clear step by step. Better than last year.
What's not so great: Some things were confusing. Asked me to self select a pin which I did but used last year's pin to file.

Very Easy

Although I'm not very computer savvy, Turbo Tax instructions walked me through the process. Also liked that imported information from prior year so didn't miss anything. E filing my return and direct deposit into which ever account(s) I wanted was smooth. Have used Turbo Tax for past five years and every year gets more streamlined.
What's great about it: on line customer support was excellent

Federal and State Tax filing

Good software. I will keep using it in the future.
What's great about it: It asked all the questions I needed to file my return.
What's not so great: I couldn't always tell where the numbers for the last year came from
