Softwar Glitches

Several time when clicking for move to the next page I would get script errors and have to cancel to move on to the next page. The quality of the program is degraded from that of last year.
What's great about it: Filed Taxes
What's not so great: Program hung up with script errors

Easy and Simple with TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for the last 3 years to do my taxes. I am a sinlge person living in a city with a truck and 7 motorcycles. Thats as complicated as my life is. Even with the new HealthCare nonsense its still really simple. I would assume for those with private businesses, stocks and bonds, and foreieng accounts it gets a little more intersting. But from all the information I saw on those topics its probably no more difficult than just filling in more boxes. THANKS TURBOTAX!
What's great about it: Easy walkthrough process, click and enter your numbers from the boxes
What's not so great: None, Im a single person with a house, truck and 7 motorcycles.

I have used Turbo Tax for the past several years and will continue to do so because of the amount of detail and guidance provided to ensure I receive the maximum refund I deserve.

Already an easy way to do taxes, it would help if you "dumbed it down" even more, even to the point of over explaining certain parts of the turbotax process.
The authorization part of finalizing the deposits, however....way too much involved. It needs to be simplistic, with one signature, boom, done.

Easy to Use - Except- - -

I have used TurboTax for many years and this is the first year I had a problem. When I went online tho' to the support, I did find the solution. A big Thank You to whoever posted that step by step solution!!

Awful this year

Have used for years will not use again. Changed delux to premier without prior notice charged more money initially. NY State does not require an SSN for IT 209 EIC but this program insists you have to have one, NY State has to be e-filed so can not claim the Non Custodial parent EIC with this software when e-filing

I have used Turbox tax so long I can't remember when I started, but I have never been disappointed. Updates, walks you through the process, and helps you get the very best return you can. TT ROCKS!
