Pleased once again as ususal

This is my 4th year of using Turbo Tax and as usual it worked. Very easy to use, just have to follow the questions. A radio talk show(local) said that using software was just that, garbage in, garbage out, well, I did not put any garbage in and did not have to pay a preparer fee. I AM PLEASED!!!
What's great about it: Very easy to usem just follow the questions
What's not so great: I don't have any

What's great about it: very good step by step. Love Turbo Tax!
What's not so great: it rejected my return twice and gave me two options that had to be fixed.

Love Turbo Tax

Always hated doing my taxes, and since I have been using TurboTax, it's a breeze!! I know that the latest tax updates will apply and I don't have to worry which forms I have to pick up. All the forms are supplied and the best filiing status is decided and the transmitting is so great. The efile gets your refund to you so quickly. It's the greatest way to go. I have gotten my brother to use it the last couple of years and with his first use of the software was flabergasted at how much was covered in deductions, etc. A few friends have begun using at my recommendation and they love it too!!!
What's great about it: Provide all my options for max refund possible, so easy to use
What's not so great: Non for me

Turbo Tax is easy to use and saves me trips to my accountant or another other agency. I like doing my taxes from home in my own time. For me, I wouldn't consider another option.
What's great about it: I know my taxes are correct and that my information is secure.
What's not so great: Not many, maybe the annual promotion of Quicken (that I don't buy).

EVERY YEAR I OWE MONEY TO IRS...BUT I STILL USE TURBO TAX TO FIND OUT THAT FIGURE...SOME DAY THAT NUMBER WILL BE GREEN

First time filer

This was my first time filing my taxes because up until now I have been a dependent through my parents. Turbo tax made me feel confident and guided me through the whole process. Thank you!
What's great about it: walking me through the process
What's not so great: nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
