very simple process

I have used turbotax for several years and will continue to use it as long as it is this easy!
What's great about it: instructionsare easy to follow
What's not so great: a little problem with state
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Thanks - you have helped me year after year. The scare this year with people hijacking returns almost made me go to another source. Please sure to prevent that from happening again.

Online vs downloaded filing

In general, I like Turbo Tax. That being said, I really wish they had representatives more available to talk to and ask questions. Why, for example, was my total refund $58 less on the downloaded version than on the online version? I triple-checked every number and all the numbers matched up, but I ended up with less refund on the downloaded version. Next year I will have to do a business return and will probably have to use a different company because I'm sure I will have a lot more questions and won't be able to get in touch with anyone at Turbotax.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Hard to get in contact with a representative, Didn't get the same amounts on downloaded vs online versions

Great experience

My return is simple, but I do have to list deductibles and Turbo Tax makes sure I have entered every income and deduction so I get the most refund. I highly recommend it.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax walks you through every item necessary to complete Federal and State returns.
What's not so great: None

Late Maryland Forms

The forms for my state return were not ready when I completed my Federal return necessitating I return to the state form when they were ready. When I reopened to complete, the directions were not concise that I was returning to the state tax form.
Otherwise, a great product as usual.
What's great about it: Easy as always.
What's not so great: Not sure you are going to the right section when returning.

Most of the time the con is really just trying to figure out where the particular form is I am looking for.
What's great about it: Ease of use, getting answers to questions, able to go through it and do the returns with correct informaiton.
What's not so great: Sometimes it takes a while to find exactly what I am looking for.
