Too many changes for the worst. My dad could not us this version this year but could last year because they changed the forms able to use in this version. He gave this copy to me and switched to H&R Block. Last year, I did not have to pay extra to file my first state filing via e-file.
What's great about it: Easy to understand
What's not so great: Costs extra to file state tax via E-File

Easy to use, and very clear except I can't get it to print the forms. I push the print button and it gives me the choice of saving or previewing but does not print. When I push "print", it is frustrating that it won't print.

Turbo Tax always makes it easy to file Tax

I have been using Turbo Tax for many many years and have been happy with the way they help me in tax situations that I am not familiar with.
What's great about it: Always able to handle all tax situations, new and old
What's not so great: none yet
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have been doing my taxes on Turbo tax for 18 years and have seen it improve over the years. I used to do it myself and re check things with your software. Things came out the same. Only quicker. Thanks for making the software user friendly and easy to use. I like the addition of doing the long way verses the short form too to see which is better. It works great for doing my childrens taxes. As usual an excellent product.

I found the Turbo Tax filling process to be more combersum this year. Took longer etc. I have used Turbo Tax many years, I definately found it harder this year.
What's great about it: Transfer of last year's and personal data
What's not so great: some confusion accessing my Turbo Tax acct., password etc.

Very Easy to Do

TurboTax was very easy to do. The only thing this year, it was unable to transfer last year's taxes which I did with TurboTax. Over all Intuit was a breeze to do even though I had to start from scratch. It took me little, to no time to accomplish. Thank you Intuit TurboTax. Maritza from Brooklyn New York.

What's not so great: A little difficult to find or understand where to find my Grandson Status it should be next to son and daughter
