Difficult to navigate

I had to skip some of the steps while entering personal info and deductions. (I had a new baby and hadn't received his SS#). It was very difficult to figure out how to go back and enter it. Also had trouble going back to edit deductions.

No issue here. I did my research to find out what TurboTax version I needed. Spend your time going through EVERY deduction and step. Its clever to enter in information and find out if you qualify for a specific refund.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step
What's not so great: none! Just buy the right version!!

Overall simple process

Like I said above, stay with what works. some of us actually remember and look at previous years tax returns. Overall still a simple experience. I did like how on one year turbo tax gave us a comparison of statistics to others in our similar tax bracket. Also don't advertise its free to file when its not completely free to file.
What's great about it: I like the similarity of the process from year to year.
What's not so great: Didn't like that some things looked different and worded differently.

Will be using it 2015 return.
What's great about it: The 2014 version folwed like liquid gold. No glitches and user frindly.
What's not so great: None.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

This program is really excellent. I don't like spending the money for the program, but I believe you get your money back with the deductions that Turbo Tax finds for you.
What's great about it: I loved that it walks you through all the steps
What's not so great: Loved Everything
