Loyal to Turbo Tax

So far I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10years. I wouldn't think of using any other tax service. It's easy and simple not to mention convenient. When I first discovered Turbo Tax I was amazed how easy to use and how it helped save me money and learn more about tax laws. It's been a wonderful tool and money saver.

I did it again with your help

I had to go back and check all the deductions to get my additional sales tax, and vehicle registration and medical. You assumed too much. I have been using turbotax to years and I will continue to do so.
What's great about it: Everything goes together so easy
What's not so great: Under wages note that ss income and pensions come later

I have used Turbo Tax Deluxe for years and would not use anything else ever! So easy to use that I do all the kids taxes as well. Love it!!!!!!!!!!

Unable to file

I have always liked using TurboTax until this year. For both of the returns we filed we were unable to file electronically unless we called technical support. Customer support was great. One support agent even waived the filing fee due the issues we were having.
What's great about it: Great customer service
What's not so great: Unable to file

mn state tax

the slow time it took for mn returns. I wasted a lot of paper and ink trying to finish my return even after 2 phone calls.
