Easy and fast

Fast and easy if you have your paper work ready. Only less than 1 hour start to filing
What's great about it: Quickly stepped through necessary information
What's not so great: none of any consiquence
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

filing hiccup

when I sent the state box wasn't checked. it hung up. hit send again and it said oops, already sent. efile status says both federal and state were accepted however neither show on irs website?
What's great about it: guidance
What's not so great: there was a hiccup when i filed electronically and i'm still not sure if it went.

frustrating

After working on this return for an hour and a half, was told that I'd have to upgrade to another version to complete. Couldn't import info from last year's online filing, had to enter all info again. Abandoned this for the online service and gave this version to my son to use for his filing - his is an EZ rtn so it worked well for him
What's great about it: quick and easy once you get the correct version
What's not so great: doesn't import info filed using online service from last year

File with ease

I've used Turbo Tax for the Federal and State tax returns for many years but not the E-file function. That was my error. I corrected that this year and was very pleased with the ease and the time it took to E-file. Another big time saver for me was the 'Its Deductible ' program. Very easy to use.
What's great about it: Easy to understand, easy to use and easy to E-file

It was another simple process filing my taxes with Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Easy to follow with auto entry of forms
What's not so great: None
