More of a Refund Than Expected

Maybe I overlooked something by not being able to log into TurboTax if so I sure would like to know. As long as this program is on the computer anyone can go into it and especially if you have to take it to a repair shop (as I have often had to do) and all of that info is there to snoop and get important data. The only thing I can do is delete the entire program -- I HATE TO DO THAT!
A concern Turbo Tax user for years.
What's great about it: Very detailed in the specific questions asked. Seems to me that the entire process was very informative than ever befor
What's not so great: Don't like the fact that I could not log in before working on my taxes. It should be just like logging into your email

Used Turbo many years. Seems to me although I guess taxes get more complex that I have some difficulty getting to items I require. Getting around more difficult.
What's great about it: Easier for me todo the taxes.
What's not so great: Tax requirements more complex.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

This was very easy to use. The program walked me through the process. I would recommend turbo tax to my friends and will use it again next year.

Another great experience quick and painless
What's great about it: quick and easy computer chooses what is best for your filing
What's not so great: should have the cost of e-filing on front cover instead of at the very end
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
