The question / answer walk through has never failed to get me the maximum refund and deductions. Great product.
What's great about it: I have used this product since the 1990's when it was Intuit. I have been very pleased with the software.
What's not so great: None.

What's great about it: easy to follow
What's not so great: not easy to burn copy to cd

Easy to use, I have varied accounting experience, so taxes aren't my expertise, and first year of a dependent in college. Took a little googling and double checking but i finally got it. May not be easy for the average person to process their taxes with a first time college student without a few more tips and clues.
What's great about it: Easy to follow
What's not so great: Not enough explanation on answered help question

All I Needed

Turbo Tax does exactly what it is supposed to do. It asks all the relevant questions, imports info directly from financial institutions and applies that info - taking the questions out of what they represent - into the filing process. No calculations are necessary so there are no math errors. It is an efficient, cost effective way to do taxes. In the end I feel confident I filed properly.
What's great about it: Keeps relavant information from last years returns to speed up the filing process
What's not so great: Didn't need to print out every page for review and hard file copy

Turbo Tax makes doing your taxes easy and it is cheaper and faster than going to a tax preparer. I trust my refund.
