17 years and counting ...or accounting!

Mom of 3 college students and full time science teacher, I can use my winter (!) vacation week to file my return...that's if every entity who owes me a form of some sort gets it done!
I would love it even more if it cost nothing to file whether for State or Feds...and I don't like having to use a credit card to get a lower processing fee...that's my money and I already paid for Turbo tax!
One big plus is the speed to receive a return and the fact it can go directly to my bank account!

Great TurboTax

Easy Process

Taxes at times seems like such a daunting task and of course we are at a disadvantage because we are far from being knowledgeable in this area. TurboTax makes things so easy and they cover everything in such easy to read and understand verbiage.
What's great about it: So easy and efficient and yet so concise.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Twins started college and turbo tax walked me through every step to make sure we didn't miss anything!

Poorest Turbo-Tax I've ever experienced

I've been a customer of Turbo Tax ever since PTE was acquired and made part of the Turbo Tax interface. This was the most confusing and poorest experience I have ever had with the system. There was poor communication when I initially tried to e-file my federal return. There was a complete lack of clarity with respect to my state return and e-filing of the same.
Turbo Tax should not sell the system until it is ready for use and/or should have what they do sell clearly labeled as not for actual use.
What's great about it: Much the same high points as in previous years.
What's not so great: Very uinclear completion and use of state tax forms

It took a little extra time to use as compared to last year's version. However, things went rather well after using for awhile.
What's great about it: Very easy to use.
What's not so great: Some of the recent changes were a little confusing at first.
