unable to post charitable donations

Could'nt post charitable donations like I have in previous 4 years with turbo tax. So I had to pass on it. Too bad.
Posted interest income as shown on form 1099-INT and a message kept coming up that it was'nt posted yet as it had been in previous years on turbo tax. So I re-entered it a couple more times with the same result and finally gave up and pushed next !!!
What's great about it: eliminates most guesswork and mostly easy to understand
What's not so great: couple things did'nt work right

Simply the Best!

For first time user and repeat users especially, Turbo Tax is simply the best. As a 10+ year user, I've experienced the ever improving ease of use while becoming more comprehensive in covering almost every scenario imaginable.
What's great about it: Price, Ease of Use, Super Support

Love Turbo Tax

I'm still always nervous when I start, but the easy step by step procedure calms me down and I just answer the questions as they come. Really appreciate the thorough process and the quick and easy filing.

Sadly disappointed

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and have really liked how it works. This year something was very different. I couldn't get my tax information from the prior year to load info for this year. This added all the time of having to hand enter EVERYTHING. I don't know what was changed but I am wondering if I need to make a change to something else next year.
What's great about it: Able to do it at home
What's not so great: Was not as good as the prior years

Very Easy to use, and super fast to do!

TurboTax is so easy to use! I definitely recommend you use this, don't waste your money going to get them done, save your money!
What's great about it: it lets you review what you want, has additional options to look into to make sure you don't miss a thing
What's not so great: doesn't tell you the restrictions into things until you actually look into it
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Forced to Mail State Return

I'll be honest for sure. It took me at least twice as long to file the same return as last years. That's not counting the hours trying to get it e-filed!
Just to file my federal I had to delay filing my state. Turbo Tax could process the credit card payment info. I didn't try doing theTurbo Tax option.
So I have to call in the morning if I want to try again to E-File my State Return, just because I'm getting a refund. Or just mail it the old fashion way lol!
Also it took a long time to update the software.
I'll probably change next year to another tax software. We'll see how tomorrow goes, I've been with Turbo Tax for many years, first time they let me down :(

What's great about it: Fairly easy to follow instructions, however more complicated than last years.
What's not so great: certainly not as fast, good, or user freindly as last years
