Love Turbo Tax

I have always loved using Turbo Tax. They take such good care of us. Great product.
What's great about it: Very simple and ease of use
What's not so great: I would have liked it to explained standard deduction vs other options more.

I have gotten all of my family to stop paying tax preparers to do there taxes (they charge to much). Its easy to do your own taxes and cheaper. turbo tax has never failed me and is the most easiest and fun way to do taxes, I recommend turbo tax to everybody (I really do)
What's great about it: i will only use turbo tax I have used it for over ten years and so has my family
What's not so great: I can not think of any

Helpful with the 1098-T from my son's college

When I received my son's college 1098-T, I was concerned that I would have to hire a tax adviser. Box 1 of the 1098-T stated that I had paid $0 toward eligible expenses. Box 2 contained expenses for both 2014-and 2015, even though my son had only attended the Fall 2014 semester. I was confused. I read Publication 970 and did not feel much better. Turbo Tax was able to interpret the 1098-T with no hassle. Thanks.
What's great about it: Was able to interpret the expense reporting approach used by my son's college 1098-T
What's not so great: Takes a while to load the software
