I've used TurboTax for several years and have enjoyed the experiences. If there is such a feeling for tax time !
What's great about it: easy to follow instructions; non-threatening format; step-by-step organization
What's not so great: other than the negative news about routing/ hacking
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Next year will be easier. RMD will come from one company.
What's great about it: easier to talk to a person this year
What's not so great: my RMDs gave me a problem, not your fault

Done Again!

Turbo Tax has, once again, made filing my income taxes a reasonably simple activity. I particularly appreciate the many times that my info is double-checked.
What's great about it: Information entered is consistently and regularly checked for errors.
What's not so great: I just don't like having t0 file my taxes. No prob w/Turbo Tax!
