Over all I will probably us emit again
In Wisconsin state tax there was no specific place to denote that some Wis teacher retirement funds were state tax exempt.
When trying to get back in always took me update available.
What's great about it: easy to follow most of the time.
What's not so great: quit program and had a hard time getting back in...

Professional -- Smarter than me

Have used turbo tax for many years. So glad I do. Stuff like educational expenses and alternate minimum tax -- I'd still be trying to figure these things out. Let turbo do the thinking. I'll just enter my info, sit back and relax. Thanks. Will do it again next year.
What's great about it: All inclusive. Accurate. Legal. Careful.
What's not so great: Figuring out the IP PIN deal.

Had to get internet service

No where on Turbo tax did it say while I was purchasing it. That internet was required,EVEN FOR MAIL IN REFUNDS! So,I spent money to save money I guess. But still ,this would have been nice to know.
What's great about it: Got my taxs done
What's not so great: Had to get internet service

Was a struggle

Have been a TurboTax and Quicken user for several years. This was the first year I had difficulty with TurboTax. Would not do the updates. received very good support from customer service, but wasted a lot of time doing my taxes.
What's great about it: Easy to use software/ customer support wondeful
What's not so great: Updates would not load.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
