Easy!

I have used Turbo Tax for the last 5 years. I have found it easy, fast, and comprehensive. The only complaint that I have is that you have to pay to have the program eFile your state taxes. Other than that, it is a very efficient and easy way to complete your taxes.
What's great about it: Easy, Fast, Comprehensive
What's not so great: Have to Pay to eFile State Taxes

I like the federal return a lot but wish the state return option was not so expensive or that I would be able to transfer over my information to the state website with ease. Overall I really like to use the turbotax product.
What's great about it: Guided me through federal return well
What's not so great: State filing costs extra

While I feel that the process is fairly straight forward and easy to understand. The uncertainty regarding which forms would be available on which TurboTax product was not at all helpful

Perfect Again

Almost makes me look forward to next year! Been using Turbo Tax for well over 10 years - this is the first time I made an entry error and had to contact customer service to figure out what I did wrong. A bit of a wait for a call back, but in short order we figured out my error and had everything fixed and ready to go. THANKS!

Loaded up onto my computer, no problems, needed help transmitting the state return, customer service fixed it!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, walk-thru program

Do taxes is uneasy, but Turbo Tax helped relieved some of the anxiety.
