Smooth and simple

This is my 10th year using turbo tax, it is always easy to use! Just don't dwell on the "refund amount" block on the top of the screen, it will fluctuate as you enter your info so there is no need to have heart failure over the number you see.
What's great about it: Easy, logical uses a step by step method
What's not so great: If you have a home business you need to get the Turbo tax for small businesses

Disappointed

The nickname field is a worthless pain in the behind.
What's great about it: All the stuff I needed was there.
What's not so great: Paid a lot more than last year. State tax forms had serious problems.

I've used TurboTax for years and this year was more challenging and less user friendly than in previous years. It was almost like all the bugs had not been worked out of the software.

Good program

Is a good program for beginners and people with experience help to find some money we used and we got no idea we can claim them and tell us what money we not to claim
What's great about it: help when you need some idea about what you doing
What's not so great: Not all the W-2 can be transfer here, and some time get some numbers we don't where come from
