I always print the forms, but if I want, say a detail of information on Schedule A or Social Security Benefits Worksheet or Charitable Contributions Summary I can't find it.
What's not so great: Hated that I can't print out a detail of my deductions in list form like I have been able to do in prior years!

Turbo Tax is awesome; user-friendly and covers all bases. I find the 5-Year Tax History Report very helpful for my financial planning.

I have used Turbotax for several years and they make it so easy to do my taxes.
What's great about it: very easy to use, covers every possible situation

maybe more user friendly to understand , especially if having to file for deductions.
What's great about it: somewhat simplified all deductions and forms
What's not so great: at times not easy to understand and use
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Better Language

Look, I have been a long time customer putting my faith in your product (Delux Version). But, loosing two years of files and not being able to e file is poor. This has not been your year obviously. Suggestion.....work with your customers throughout the year asking questions and make sure you are are connected to us before tax season. Its too late when you send the product in tax season.
What's great about it: Better follow with instructions
What's not so great: Lost 2013 and 2014 and could not efile

I didn't feel that this years programs was as easy to use and understand as previous years. In fact, I may try another program next year to see how theirs works. Until this year I was totally delighted with Turbotax. In previous years, my rating would have been a 4 or 5.
What's great about it: Used it before and it retrieved previous information
What's not so great: Not as easy to use and understand
