Done my taxes with TurboTax for years. These guys should run the IRS.
What's great about it: Simple, comprehensive, accurate, diagnostic.

It was my first time using Turbo Tax and I will definitely use it again. I did need my printed copy from the previous year to follow along but I don't think that will be necessary next year. Overall, a good experience.
What's great about it: Fast and easy. Walked you through it step by step

Simple and Easy

This is the 8th year using TT. It can't get much easier--although we would all appreciate a price reduction if it could be possible. I know the IRS changes every year means extra work for you, but the basic software foundation is bought and paid for. It must be cheaper to produce now than ever in the past, right? How about passing on a little saving to your loyal customers…Like $2.00 off for every year they've used TT?

Hated my return but not TT fault

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out. I have not been audited ever, and feel comfortable with my returns for many years. This year, others who had filed before I finished mine, said they owed for the first time ever. I thought hopefully that I would not. But guess what, I did. I went over everything multiple times and could not find anything that Turbo tax had not already covered.
What's great about it: Turbo Tax is very easy and does the return without issues
What's not so great: I hated owing any tax, first time in my life.
