This software was very helpful. It asked the right questions and was easy to complete despite my not being a tax professional. I would definitely recommend to my friends and will use it again.

Always Great using Turbo Tax!

I have used Turbo Tax for years and have always felt comfortable and confident that it was done honestly, accurately and that it covered all that was needed for me to get the best refund, if applicable for that year, that is possible. I have always recommended it to my family and friends. It makes tax time so much easier and less stressful!
What's great about it: I love the way it walks you through every single step!
What's not so great: None At All!

A Productive Snow Day

Filing our taxes with Turbo Tax has once again proved efficient and easy to follow. Questions regarding state filing were answered with a friendly and helpful call back in less than 2 hours. Glad to know that Intuit is responsive to customer needs!

Ease of Use, Efficient, Most Professional Software

It was a little difficult to reach customer service at one point when I needed help. When I did though, the service was superior.
What's great about it: Totally software driven so a non-tax person can do their own taxes, awesome!
