So easy!

I have been married for 21 years and had not done our taxes in that time. We decided to try it this year and Turbo Tax made it so easy. I don't know why I avoided it before!

could've been better

This software doesn't even ask if you've sold anything that you should report other than real estate or investments. I think there should be a prompt that makes it clear to tax payers that you have to report income from the sale of vehicles, yard sales, etc.
What's not so great: Hard to find where to enter misc income from vehicle sale, etc

I rolled over a couple of 403b accounts into IRAs. I did not see where I should enter that information. I did not see these rollovers as creating income, but that seemed to be the place to communicate this action, so I did.
What's great about it: Quick, thorough and flexible
What's not so great: Didn't find one issue I had in the directions

I don't know if I could give you anything to work on. It all seems to work as well as we need it to work.
For a new software opportunity: Your excellent software engineers & analysts should develop a program that would import all the digital pictures that one takes, then make easy to understand folders, picture titles, notes, picture books, time-lines, etc. If Intuit made it, I'd buy it!
