Missing an important exemption

Good product but in NJ some state pension payments are excludable and the Q&A doesn't pick that up. I had to manually make the change again this year. Other than that works great.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Missing an important exemption
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

The Taxes are Done, Dude!

This was truly a good experience. I had to call to place the charges on my CC for e-Filing my state return. Even with that experience, I rate TurboTax for 2015 as Excellent. The customer service person could not have been any nicer!
What's great about it: Easier this year than last.
What's not so great: Had to call customer service to pay for the State e-File

I did it

This was the first time I did it all on my own. Many times I wasn't sure what to put down and I liked the questions asked. For example I completely forgot (how could I) that I purchased a car a year ago and I paid sales tax.
There was one glitch which drove me crazy - I was getting a message that in tax and deduction worksheet there was a problem resulting in showing that I resided in my state more than 365 days. I couldn't figure out how to change it. I wrote this question on community site and I found a good and helpful answer. Problem solved.

Great Job Once Again

I have been using your product for many years, and am always happy with the results. Only one spot gave me any trouble this year, and after I re-read the information on the page, it became resolved. Thank you for the job you do each year. I calculated my own tax for many years, and your program makes it so much simpler. I prefer not to use other resources, since I like to be in control of this process, and not trust it to others. I did discover that I may want to re-look at my w-4 for next year (I'm making too much money)! This I will accomplish in the near future.
What's great about it: As normal, you walked me through the process with almost no glitches
What's not so great: I needed a little more help in just one area

Great Program!

Seems each year this program becomes easier! For retired folks is a breeze to complete an about half hour to an hour!!
Would recommend it for anyone that has taxes to do, once you do it, the next year becomes a breeze!!!!

Gotta be more specific with tax credits by State

Overall, very pleased with the software. Makes doing taxes a relatively painless activity. Would be better if it could include specialty forms needed for things like State Solar Credits.
What's great about it: Quick, accurate, pre-loads previous year
What's not so great: Does not inlcude some required State forms
