This is the fourth year I've used Turbo tax, It's easy, logical and well designed. I design engineering models and databases for a living, so I've seen more than my share of poorly designed and implemented software. All software has bugs and if I walked through the code I should be able to find them. But the user (customer) is not exposed to any as far as I can tell. The product runs quickly on any platform I've tried, never crashed and works exceeding well. I plan to continue using the product in the future. If I had to report an issue, it's the excessive processing fee that should be covered by the purchase price.

VERY HELPFUL

I love being able to sit down and do my taxes at home. And I have learned what receipts to save and get more taxes back. Things I never knew from work I could claim. Turbotax is great!
What's great about it: I have had my taxes done for years by different companies and never got the refunds back that I get with turbotax

The a to z format makes it impossible for you to miss any deductions that are due you. It showed me what I need to do to increase my refund next year by what I am able to deduct.
What's great about it: very easy, touches all the bases quickly and easily, easy navigation

Highly recommend this program to people with average intelligence. Income tax should not be such a burden. Turbo tax makes the challenge easier but the government should make this process one sheet of paper.
What's great about it: Ability to easily return to areas if an omission has been made.
What's not so great: The Federal Government makes tax reporting way too difficult.

Turbo-Tax is the Easiest of All Tax Software to Us

Every step and decision along the way shows the amount of taxes owed or refunded as of that step, both state and federal. It helps you to make the right decisions when 2 or more paths appear.
What's great about it: Easy-to-answer question format with hints and explanations along the way
What's not so great: Having to upgrade for the sake of a single form
