Excellent program....I,ve used it for at least ten years.....there seems to be a "Bug" at the point where I am ready to file my returns..... When I called your customer service I was assured I could complete the filing process. The error was "An error has occurred in the script on this page". I hope the filing process went through properly

What's great about it: very easy, covered all aspects of taxes, payments, deductions
What's not so great: little confused at first about 1099-R entry for miitary retirement

I have used Turbo for over a decade now, and have been happy with the results.
The drawback is the cost for e file for states.
If you live and work in a different state, or receive income from another state, it gets far too expensive to e file them all.

What's great about it: Easy to follow and insert information.
What's not so great: Hard to figure out the path back for corrections
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Some times when fixing errors, it shows the error and tells you need to fix it, but does not bring you to the location to fix it. This makes it hard to correct. Some times the block that needs to be corrected is shown and you just need to make the change. This is good, but always the case.
What's great about it: Computer does all the work
What's not so great: Have to pay to file NJ State Tax, this is not right.

I have used TurboTax for over a decade and I am very satisfied with the product. I really enjoy the interview method incorporated to acquire all necessary information.
