I can do it!!

I purchased Turbo Tax based on the advice of my accountant. I was moving out of state and he offered to help me if I stumbled. Vote of confidence for me and Turbo Tax. I did them by myself last year and again this year! I can do it!! Thanks for the easy and thorough process of filing taxes!

i have been using this program for many years, and I just fine that it is expensive, after you pay for the program. I might have to go in a different direction next year.
What's great about it: easy to use,
What's not so great: worried about the hacking of this tax program, getting expensive

I had to type all my info in because it could not find last years return even though I click on it when it brought it up. when I tried to use help to fix this, it said that it was not available.
Then when I tried to send it, I had forgot my pass word, it send me a temporary pass word and I typed it in 3 different times and it told me I had the wrong pass word that it sent me.
I have used Turbo Tax for years and I really liked it but this year was a disaster.

Easy Breezy Refund

This is a wonderful way to file taxes. The "guide me" through the tax forms is great for anyone that is concerned about over looking deductions. For those that are pros, there is the option of skipping some sections and filling out only what is needed. Saves time being able to skip sections that do not apply to everyone's situation. I have used this product many years and I love it.
What's great about it: Love the "guide me" process. Nothing is missed.
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's great about it: easy to follow -anyone can do it
What's not so great: price? There's a lot of advertising about using this on line for free
