Still very pleased

I've been a TurboTax user for at least 10 years and each and every year improvements are made to the software to make it even more user-friendly. I love the way TurboTax imports the necessary information from the previous year to save me a lot of typing. The e-filing couldn't possibly be any easier. I'm a fan and will continue to use TurboTax every year going forward.
What's great about it: Easy, fast, and reliable

This is my fourth time using TurboTax. I highly recommend it because it is so easy to use. Very straightforward!

not happy with turbo tax not recoginizing duplicat

Turbo tax does not recognize duplicates. I entered info into w2 info when it should have be entered into pension which I also did and you did not catch this. Very dissatisfied with your program. I'm just glad I finally caught it. This needs to be resolved because we don't always know where to put it

I've been using TurboTax for as long as they've been around. They have always taken all the stress out of doing taxes every year. So eazy to use and results you can trust. Thank you TurboTax for another year of efortless tax reporting.
What's great about it: Fast, Eazy, Accurate and Secure.

BIGGEST REFUND YET!

THIS IS THE THIRD YEAR THAT I HAVE USED TURBOTAX. THE EASE OF THE PROGRAM AS IT WALKS YOU THROUGH EACH AREA IS WONDERFUL. I AM ESPECIALLY IMPRESSED WITHTHE RUNNING TOTAL OF THE REFUND. I LIKE TO SEE IT INCREASE AND INCREASE AS I ADD IN EACH DEDUCTION. IT IS A GREAT PIECE OF MIND AT THE END WHEN IT CHECKS YOUR RETURN ONE LAST TIME AND GIVES YOU AN OVERALL AUDIT RISK/POTENTIAL.
What's great about it: SO EASY, WALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING AND FOUND SOME DEDUCTIONS THAT I NEVER WOULD HAVE CONSIDERED.
What's not so great: SOMETIMES FEELS LIKE I AM THINKING AHEAD OF WHERE THE PROGRAM IS

T's 2014 Return

Need to adjust Virginia personal property tax information. While Virginia does not have a personal property tax for vehicles the counties do and that tax is deductible.
