Excellent, dependable tax software for Federal and State returns....Used it dependable for years and still a satisfied customer.
What's great about it: Guaranteed maximum deductions and refunds

2014 Turbotax return

Overall, the ease and completeness of TurboTax makes this one of the best Tax programs available.
The separation of functions to force customers to move to a higher tier is not very customer oriented.

Turbo Tax is easy!

This software is really great! I have literally no training in finances, yet I can easily file my own taxes using the Turbo Tax software. The software walks me through each possible tax item, goes into the appropriate amount of detail for m e to fill in the correct values, and the software also provides links to online help if I need it (I used it at least once while I filing my taxes). The software makes it easy to file as well!
What's great about it: Systematic review and walk through of all tax items

Taxes Done and FIles

I've used Turbo Tax for 30 years, and have found it easy to use and a convenient way to prepare, review and files my taxes, in an increasingly complex tax world. This year was no different, however my tax circumstances changed this year and I didn't need to file schedule C or D, so I gave the software 5 stars. If I needed to use those schedules, I probably wouldn't have been as happy, since I would have had to upgrade from the deluxe program to the premium program. Turbo Tax had a winner in the way it packaged it's product before, and should stick with what it's customers know and are comfortable with.
What's great about it: Easy to use, and accurate
What's not so great: Some confusion over the Intuit change on program features this year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I've been using turbo tax for over ten years to file my taxes. It's the only way I would consider doing my taxes. Its crazy how easy they make doing your taxes.
What's great about it: Super easy way to file, stress free.
What's not so great: no real cons with this years turbo tax
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Steady and Stable

I like that its been steady and easy to manage but it covers each years changes. Circumstances changed for me the last four years but I feel that the turbo deluxe version has covered all i needed to know.
What's great about it: I like that its easy to manage
What's not so great: i can't always find my answers to questions
