Piece of Mind.....

I always get so nervous when I sit down to do my taxes BUT then Turbo Tax takes me through the process and before long, I'm not nervous as I watch my refund get larger and larger. Thanks for the "piece of mind"!!!

Could lead one better with more than one 1099-R, as I had to back track to put 2nd 1099-R on form. Don't like having to pay to e-fill state form. be nice to just go to standard deductions.

I loved the way the software walked me through everything. It was soooo easy to follow. Will use Turbo Tax again next year for sure.

Used to be an option to get a person on the phone to answer any questions or have your return reviewed. Ididn't see any of that this year.
What's great about it: pretty easy to use
What's not so great: Had a question but no easy way to get an answer without posting personal info

Turbo Tax software makes filling taxes a breeze. I would recommend even for the novice. I will continue to use Turbo Tax.

Turbo Tax is good

The problems with state returns is concerning, but I'm going to mail my state return so it won't affect me. The bad press about not providing all forms also didn't look good. I suggest keeping everything the same, it's what most people expect and want.
What's great about it: I feel confident when using your product.

Happy with My Return

I enjoy using Turbo tax because it asks me questions and places my dollar amounts on the correct line on the tax form.
What's great about it: I really like the way Turbo tax asks me questions through my return
What's not so great: Not seeing the tax forms until finished with the return
