Easy way to file your taxes!

Easy to use. Appropriate questions allow you to answer what is necessary for your particular tax situation and complete federal and state tax forms quickly and correctly.
What's great about it: Clear, concise questions in a logical format
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

neutral for now. have used for many years and this is the first time I've had this problem.
What's great about it: easy to fill in requirements
What's not so great: when I go to file it says web site cannot be accessed

I like everything except having to scroll down the full category when a section is finished. Why not return to point on page where next section starts.

FIrst Year I've Had Issues with Turbo Tax

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and its always been very easy. This year the program seems mucked up with lots of sales pitches. It was not easy to find out how to review the files before e-filing and I had to search out the answer. Before it was easier to see what you were filing before you actually hit the "file" button. The flow this year is just not as good as in the past.

IT was difficult to use this year. very disappointed in it this year.
I have used it for several years and really disappointed. Things kept popping up that it was not able to go through and I was not able to efile state and it took several times to do federal.

Had difficulty in printing forms as well. Very disappointed this year.
What's great about it: Step by step
What's not so great: Kept stopping had to reload.
