5 years and only gets better!

I've been using Turbo Tax each year since 2010 filing; ONLY keeps getting better to use, easier to navigate and seemingly misses nothing!
What's great about it: Makes tax preparation and filing easier for less money!!!
What's not so great: Just have to have some basic computer literacy!

I have used Turbo Tax for close to 20 years and would not use any other software or a "live" person. I don't think it could get any easier and the security is tops.
What's great about it: It is so simple to use and uses easy to understand language
What's not so great: there are none

Filling out Wages

I made the mistake of copying and printing from an electronic PDF of my W-2. One problem with doing this is that you have to be extra careful in how you highlight to ensure you get the amount only vs. amount and text. Well I missed the first number on my taxes, thus reducing my taxes 10,000 dollars, which resulted in me owing over 9,000 to the Fed. I think it would be useful for Turbo Tax to compare last years refund to the current refund and ask, or at least point out, questions when the difference in refund from one year to the next is grossly out-of-line. Of course, I did finally catch the mistake, but it could have been costly.

E File is easy

We could not print copies without loading a new program. After selecting 'PRINT', the only choices were to load new software or 'CANCEL'. We chose to cancel. Saved a copy as a PDF and printed that.
Really irritating not being able to print from TurboTax.
What's great about it: E File state and fed
What's not so great: Printing copies
