Excellent, Consistent Service

I"ve been using TurboTax for 15 years and will not consider other options while the service is this easy and reliable.
What's great about it: Easy to use, reliable service, predictable results.
What's not so great: After filing the follow on services are sometimes not easy to understand.

The only way I do my taxes for over the last 5 years. Easy to use, we have turbotax parties at my house... all my siblings and my 85 year old dad come over... and we our taxes together.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: If you put a zero, you might have to go back and delete it later

The program was easy to download. It was step by step instructions to complete my tax return in a easy to understand language.

Been using TT for YEARS. Just keeps getting better and better. Clear directions. Attractive screen layouts.
What's great about it: It's SO patient! Seems to cover everything I could possibly need
What's not so great: Sometimes seems overly involved, but that's just being thorough

It made the filling much easier to do and much more affordable.
Since I have no taxible amounts to pay taxes on and this will be the way it will be for the rest of our lifes. Can I do something to keep from filing a useless return each year.
But we do thank you for making this so very easy to do.

Love Turbo Tax

Have used Turbo Tax for many years now and wouldn't change. Software is easy to install and easy to understand. It provides straight forward questions and also has more info options if you're unclear on a question. Kudos for such a great product. Will be back next year!
