I've used TurboTax for several years now. The price has gone down while the quality has gone up. Seeing the dollars roll up is like hitting the jackpot at a casino. It's fun and I couldn't be happier about my $2,000+ refund!

Make It Easy !!!

Have been using TurboTax for several years now and have always(except for one year) prepared my taxes myself, even when crunching through manually. And now that retired, this is even better now. Quick and to the point, if all records available. Get er done :):)

What's great about it: Helps you every step of the way
What's not so great: Wasted a little time this year by seemingly running updates when nothing there
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Overall a Good Experience

I used Schedule C in my 2011 return. But the contract business no longer applied to me after that year. Yet, each new tax year, TurboTax brings it up and insists I answer questions as if I am still active in the business. Very frustrating. Otherwise, the rest of the process is very easy.
What's great about it: Step-by-step guidance through the whole process
What's not so great: Don't know how to remove a form that no longer applies.

Turbo Tax Deluxe.. mostly good with a little bad

User Interface is great, Generally a nice product, problems with Import from .. all place Fidelity ... ended up entering manually. For the cost of the product .. if I do have problems, my recourse should be more straight forward ...
Other than that .. it's the product that I use year in and year out.
What's great about it: Import my previous year return
What's not so great: Had problems Import from Fidelity

I did my taxes by hand first like I have done every year previously. Turbo Tax received the exact same number but in half the time!

We have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and have been very happy and satisfied. It is easy to understand, so far no complications and we plan to continue to use it next year!
